We currently offer shipping to the following destinations: UK, EU, Switzerland, US. We are sorry if we are not covering your country yet, but please feel free to email us at help@cultmia.com for any order enquiry outside of our shipping zones. We will try to arrange a custom order for you.

Please note that - because we work with designers from all over the world - if you place a multi-brand order, you will not always receive everything at the same time. Instead, items might be sent in different packages. Please have a close look at our emails to track the shipping of individual items.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed after 5 pm GMT will be processed the following business day. Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped.

We partner with premium carriers to get your parcel to you ASAP, however we hope you can appreciate that sourcing designers from all over the world also means that pieces from some more remotely located brands will take slightly longer to arrive than others

DUTIES & TAXES

When it comes to the cost of import duties on orders, we can’t cover everyone… almost, but not quite. 

  • For some brands that are sourced internationally, the import duty is not included in the listed online price. As a customer, you will be responsible for import duties/taxes incurred in your destination country / state. Please check the specific product page of the item(s) you would like to purchase (under the ‘Shipping & Returns’ tab) to see if the item could incur import costs. 
  • Please note that we don't have visibility of customs costs. We know this can be confusing, so feel free to ask us any questions here.
