Based in london, nara niro was founded by designer noor rahim in 2018, with the intention of creating a contemporary vision of couture that fuzes art and fashion and keeps the fading realm of craftsmanship alive. originally trained as an art and film historian, noor fulfilled her lifelong desire to create and graduated with a ba in fashion design from central saint martins in 2018. with every collection she conceives a compelling story, referencing the artworks, films and literature that moved and inspired her during the creative process and throughout her life. specialising in hand-embroidery and dyeing techniques, each and every nara niro piece is mindfully produced with careful attention in order to create a unique garment for the brand’s bold, authentic and eclectic clientele.
