Ms. Pleat Cut Out ' by Onarins is designed in two separate pieces. The top is constructed with a pleat at the bust and has halter neck straps with a self-tie back detail. The skirt tie at the bust, complete with curve-accentuating cutouts from the ribs to the waist before this beautiful silk-piece falls into a slightly flared hem and moves beautifully. It'll work for both cocktail parties and beachside dinners.
