Eligibility: The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of CULT MIA and their immediate family members.

Entry Period: The competition begins on 21/02/24 and ends on 29/02/24 at midnight GMT. Entries submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered.

Entry Method: To enter the competition, participants must make a new purchase during the month of February 2024. Each completed order during this period will constitute one entry into the draw.

Prize: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will receive a $2000 USD gift voucher to spend on our website. The voucher will be issued via gift card in the GBP equivalent at the day's exchange rate. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn at random within seven days of the competition closing date. The selection will be conducted by CULT MIA and the result will be final. The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw date. If the winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition without any further compensation.

Privacy: Any personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent.

General Conditions: CULT MIA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. The company also reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law: The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enter the competition.
