Terms & Conditions – Cult Mia x STORIES Parfums Giveaway

 

  1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and over. Employees of Cult Mia and STORIES Parfums, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.

  2. Entry Requirements:

    • Participants must follow both @CultMia and @StoriesParfums on Instagram.
    • Like and share the giveaway post on Instagram.
    • Tag at least one friend in the comments section of the giveaway post.

  3. Entry Period: The giveaway opens on [insert date] and closes at 11:59 PM GMT on [insert date]. Entries submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered.

  4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive:

    • A STORIES Luxury Gift Box (RRP £250), including:
      • Signature fragrance
      • Hand & Body Lotion
      • Body Wash
      • Body Wand
      • Cotton Canvas Tote
    • A £250 Cult Mia E-Gift Card.

  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.

  6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 72 hours after the closing date. The winner must respond within 7 days to claim the prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

  7. Prize Delivery: The prize will be shipped to the winner within 30 days of confirmation. The Cult Mia E-Gift Card will be delivered electronically.

  8. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
