About LAOMA ATELIER
LAÔMA ATELIER is a creative studio that is built on kindness and consciousness. Founded by sister duo Laura and Martine Feiereisen who thoughtfully design and hand-sculpt fluid jewelry and body adornments in small batches in their Luxembourg based atelier, allowing them to have a responsible production. Fascinated by the interplay between soft - hard, liquid - solid and wax - metal, they explore materiality and find poetry in form. Crafted from responsibly-sourced and recycled materials, they aim to create wearable sculptures to last beyond seasons. Drawing parallels between the practice of yoga and the manual process of making jewelry, they find that both are an endless process of self-experimentation, learning, dedication and repeating. This meditative state of being fully immersed in the present moment can be found in their fluidly sculpted jewelry pieces and body adornments. Viewing jewelry as an extension to one’s body and mind, they intend to pass on consciousness to the wearer.
