The rolled rose technique on this top involves carefully handmade fabric roses, likely created by twisting or rolling strips of fabric and then sewing them onto the base. The roses are three-dimensional, giving the top a highly detailed and textured surface. It appears to be more of a structured bandeau or cropped bralette rather than a full top, designed to sit just above the bust.
