I’m Nina, Cult Mia’s Founder - we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate our first birthday with you!
Whether you’ve been with us from the beginning or just joined us recently, I want to thank you for your support throughout our journey. It’s been a very interesting first year for us (and the rest of the world) - and we’re here because of you. We’re excited to continue to grow and bring you the top emerging fashion talent and most unique pieces from around the world.
Taking a step back, I want to re-introduce Cult Mia to you. Mia in Spanish means mine and Cult Mia is here to make things your own. We’ve seen that more and more people want unique finds and stories behind the clothing and items they wear. I don’t know if the same thing happens to you, but whenever anyone asks me about what I am wearing, it’s never about my high street boots. It’s always about my handmade earrings from Mexico. I disappoint and say, you need you to travel to Oaxaca to get them...
Not anymore. We’re always scouting for the brands that deserve to be known from around the world for you. We bring them to you, so that it’s hassle free. We know that it takes a lot of time to discover new brands (and when you do, how do you vet quality?).
Shopping has become about stories, but equally about experiences. We’re bored of the high streets at Cult Mia - we’re looking for something different.
Every Monday, discover our curated drops. You have the power to influence the designers that we showcase on Cult Mia. We want to know what you want to shop and when. We want to ensure that each drop is perfectly curated for you.
1 year in, where are we today? We’ve brought you 72 brands from 25 different countries. We’ve sourced and shipped unique products to you, from Athens to Miami, and of course across the UK and our home in London. We have #CultMia ladies around the world - from influencers to friends - who share and back our vision. Word of mouth has been so valuable to us.
Cult Mia is all about community. We want to celebrate with you all month. Each week discover a different surprise to enjoy.
