What is CULT MIA?
CULT MIA is a marketplace for independent, sustainable brands. We provide a platform to help you to find the newest, coolest brands before they’re everywhere. From there we send your order to the designer for dispatch and deliver it straight to your door. We take the hassle out of vetting sustainable, independent brands so that all you have to do is strut your new find with pride.
Is CULT MIA Sustainable and ethical?
Yes! CULT MIA has taken great strides to make sure that both our business and our brands abide to the highest standards of sustainable and ethical practices. We are Positive Luxury Certified, which means we regularly vet and check back in on our brands to make sure they are upholding this. We also offer resell services via Twig pay, assisting our customers on their circular shopping journey.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can also choose to log in as a guest by just providing your email address. However, by signing up to an account and our mailing list, you’ll be able to claim access to members-only discounts, early access to new drops, and other exclusive perks.
How do I reset my password?
Follow the forgot your password link on our Sign In page (press the account button at the top right of the page) and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I stay in the know with everything CULT MIA?
You can follow us at @cultmia on socialand we recommend signingup to our mailing list for early access, new in, member-only perks and exclusive promotions.
How do I contact Customer Care?

How long does it take for you to reply to my query?
We incur high volumes of customer care in peak traffic times, but we will always endeavour to get back to you within 1-2 business days. This time may vary depending on public holidays and weekends.
PLACING AN ORDER
Am I ordering the right size?
You can view the brand's size chart on the product page under the Sizing tab. You can also use the Virtual Size room button on the product page to match these size charts against your measurements.
Are sizes universal across all designers?
International sizes are slightly different when converted and some designers fit larger or smaller than others. Full size charts per designer can be found on the product page under the Sizing tab, along with other fit information provided by the brand
Can I cancel or change my CULT MIA order?
You can make changes to your order within 30 mins of placing. Once the order has already started its fulfilment process with the brand, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. However, if it’s not quite right, and eligible to be returned, we’d be happy to help you organize a return.
What currencies can I shop in?
CULT MIA views and charges all prices in your local currency converted from GPB at the times current exchange rate.
When will my card be charged?
If you pay by debit/credit card or PayPal, CULT MIA will take payment immediately when you order to secure your item.
Which payment methods do you accept?

Will my personal details stay safe?
My size is out of stock, what can I do?
Our designers often make small batches of their garments to ensure they are abiding by sustainable practices. This means unfortunately they rarely come back in stock (which is what makes them so unique and special!). However, we can occasionally source more items, so please reach out to our team via livechat with the styles and designer and we would be happy to check for you. Some of our designers are made-to-order, which means they are made specifically for you and don't rely on stock quantities, meaning that they can be purchased year round.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
As our designers offer smaller, limited quantity runs, we aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles to all and unfortunately don't offer reservations.
What does made-to-order mean?
Made-to-order means that the garment will be made specifically for you when you purchase. This helps our brands create less waste, and more of the things you love.
What does made-to-measure mean?
Made-to-measure means that the garment will be made specifically to your specified measurements (supplied on the product page when purchasing). This means the process is designed to make sure our garments will be an ideal fit for you, regardless of universal sizes. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on these products
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-order means that this item will be made in a batch when ready by the designer. Some of our designers do this in an effort to be more sustainable and create less waste during production.
How much will I be charged for delivery?
CULT MIA offers free shipping on orders over £150. Orders under this amount are charged a flat £15 shipping fee. However, some countries do incur additional customs and duties charges, which are the responsibility of the customer, but are now charged at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address?
We can only change deliveries addresses if the item has not yet been shipped by the brand. To change your address, please contact us here and supply your order number.
How do I apply a promo code?
Discount codes are redeemable at the checkout section in Discount Code box. Simply enter the code and press enter. Please note that discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
My promo code has expired. What can you do?
Our team is unable to reactivate any promotional discounts once they have expired. Promotional discounts and promotional codes are also non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
How do I get 10% off my first order?

What are Buy Now, Pay Later services (Clearpay) and how do they work?
This means that you can have your new item immediately and pay for it in manageable portions. Just sign up as a Clearpay customer and nominate the card you want to use and they will schedule your automatic payments for you. This amount is then directly paid to us as the business and you will pay your instalments directly to Clearpay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please see our Shipping & Delivery section on the product page for more information on costs and delivery time. Please note though that all customs and duties taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by CULT MIA. Please see your local customs office for more information on these fees.
What are customs and duties charges?
Some countries incur customs and duties taxes, payable to their local customs agency. As our brands ship from countries all around the world,we charge these fee's directly at the checkout for you.
When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?
Once your order is fulfilled by our delivery partners, depending on your location, shipping can take 2-7 business days worldwide. Different shipping times may apply to made-to-measure/made-to-order items. If you ordered from multiple CULT MIA brands and partner boutiques, your items will arrive separately. We'll email you with the tracking information once fulfilled which will supply a more specific delivery date. Fulfilment and delivery window times per product are also listed on the product page.
I didn't receive my invoice with my package. Where can I find it?
To create a more sustainable shopping experience, we have removed all paper invoices from our parcels. Invoices are emailed to the customer instead upon purchase. Please reach out via livechat if you did not receive this via email, and we would be happy to resend.
What is CULT MIA’s returns policy?
We offer a refund on most items returned to the designer within 14 days of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs. All returns policies on CULT MIA are matched the designer's personal website policy. Please note some made-to-order and made-to-measure items are non-returnable. You can find the full return policy per brand under the Shipping & Delivery tab on the product page.
How do I return my item?
If you would like to return your order, please login to you account using the person icon in top right corner of site. From here, press request return under you order and enter reason.
We will then review the return request to make sure it adhere's to the designers return policy, and issue you will a free returns label.
Does my order need to be returned in the CULT MIA package it arrived in?
We recommend returning your item in the reusable CULT MIA package provided in order to ensure safe delivery, but if you're unable to do that, please find a suitable box or mailing bag so that items are returned in perfect condition. Items must be returned undamaged and unused, with all tags attached, including original packaging and branded boxes.
Will the courier collect multiple packages?
Yes, your courier may be able to collect multiple packages. If you're returning items to multiple CULT MIA brands, you will need to request a separate collection for each package in your account.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of the item being received and reviewed by the designer. Refunds often take 2-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Will delivery costs & duties be refunded on return?
While we offer a free returns service for all returns, if an original delivery cost was applied to your order it won't be included in your refund. Taxes and duties are non-refundable through CULT MIA. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.
