As a woman owned and operated business, we would like to use this oppurtunity to celebrate the women in our lives and highlight important issues that affect them.
The global gender pay gap is 16%.
For women of colour, immigrant women, and women with children, this difference is even greater.
Until 15th March, everything on CULT MIA will be 16% off to reflect this gap in pay disparity.

As a values based business we also support specific charities that are close to our hearts.
This year, we donated a portion of our sales to Girls Out Loud, a UK based charity devoted to inspiring girls to believe in themselves, know they are enough and encourage them to pursue leadership positions.
We also donated the remaining stock from our sample sale to Dress For Success, a global not-for-profit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
